How do I know that the court will accept this class?
We were one of the first parenting classes to be offered online. Our online parenting classes have been accepted by courts throughout the United States for several years.

While most courts accept online classes, you should be aware that not all courts do. Please check with your local court to ensure that they will accept an online class before registering for any online class.

What is ParentingClass.net refund policy?
We stand behind all of our parenting classes. While many people take our online parenting classes for personal reasons, others take them for court or other legal requirements. If for any reason this program is not accepted for a court or legal requirement, we will refund your money in full with written proof of decline.

How much do the classes cost?

After I sign up, when up can I begin my course?  
Immediately. After your payment is processed, you will be able to immediately access your class.

Why should I use your services?
No one is born with parenting skills. Our program formats offer you confidentiality and strategies to help you teach your children the life skills they will need. Our classes were designed by and operated by instructors with one or more of the following credentials: Certified Parenting Instructor, Certified Anger Management Facilitator, Registered Nurse, Master's Degree in Psychology and Certified Online Instructor.  We take our programs very seriously and we expect the same dedication from our participating parents and families.
Students are supported and monitored in their learning process by certified and dedicated instructors.

Your family will benefit as your parenting skills improve. Your children will have the opportunity to develop good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

We get referrals from therapists, attorneys, mediators, judges, and of course, satisfied customers.

Do I have to have an email address to take this parenting class?
Yes. Your email address identifies your account. Also you will receive important information (including your certificate) via email.

What if I don't have an email address?
You can create a free email account from several email service providers. Check with your internet provider, or get an account at www.Hotmail.com, www.Yahoo.com or others.

Do I have to take the class all at once?
You can take the class in as many sittings as you like for as much or as little time as you like. Simply log in when you want to spend some time. It's completely self-paced.

I need my certificate right away! How fast can I get it?
You will have access to the class as soon as you complete payment. When you complete your parenting class test, we will receive a copy of your answers. One of our staff will review your answers (within 24 hours) and will create your certificate of completion which will be emailed.

After taking your test, check your email for the certificate. Many people receive the certificate within a few hours. If your certificate does not arrive within 24 hours, please let us know. (Did you give us the correct email address?)

I didn't receive the confirmation email after my registration.
The confirmation email is titled "Parenting Class.net - Log in Information" It contains your log in information as well as a link to the class and other important information. Check your junk mail folder. If you don't find it there, contact us and make sure that you give us your correct email address.

Also, change your email spam filter, if you have one, to receive emails from ParentingClass.net - this is particularly important if you have an AOL email address.

Is my information safe if I order online?
Our online ordering service provides a secure way to shop online. It is powered by 2checkout.com Inc., leaders in online debit and credit card processing.  We respect your privacy, and will never give out or sell your personal information to any outside organization.

I tried everything and still can't log in.
Check to make sure that you are logging in to the correct class. If you are still having problems registering or logging in, contact us.

How long can I access a class?
Once you register, you have 30 days. You can come back as often as you want during that time frame to use the materials. If you need more time, simply contact us and we will extend your class for free.

Can I print things from the class?
Yes, you can print the course material, the summary, the test and your certificate.

Many people simply save the course material to their computer and print a copy of the test so that they can study the questions before logging in to take the test online.

Other people simply read the material online and then take the online test. It is entirely up to you. The class is available 24/7 and can be taken any way that you are comfortable.

I took the test three days ago. I still have not received my certificate.
First, check your junk mail. Many ISP's tag the certificate as potential spam. If you still don't see it, please contact us. We will make sure that your certificate gets to you!

I am on a dialup Internet connection, will I have any problems with this class?
You shouldn't have any problems with the class. You might want to download the class material so that you do not have to spend any more time than necessary online.
